Maine Cash Access
When flyte first engaged with Maine Cash, they had two big issues with their new site: user interface and functionality.
The website design was confusing and made it difficult to use. While the ATM search feature was inconsistent, and the accuracy of the search results was questionable.
Then there was the question of the logo.
Brand awareness is critical to the success of the Maine Cash program, as these twelve local financial institutions compete against national and larger regional banks. The old Maine Cash logo wasn’t recognizable to Maine Cash banks’ customers, so that needed to be addressed.
Flyte designed a new logo for Maine Cash that is bold, modern, and recognizable. It looks good online, on promotional literature at the banks, and on the side of ATMs at the partner institutions.
The new site plays off this rebranding with a fresh new look that helps create more awareness for the alliance and showcases how expansive the network is throughout the state. No matter where the customer is, they will be able to find a nearby Maine Cash ATM.
The new ATM locator is fast and accurate, and easy for Maine Cash to update as they continue to add new ATMs throughout the state to better serve their customer base.
