Helibars is a long-established ecommerce brand specializing in motorcycle handlebars and risers. When flyte began working with the brand five years ago, much of Helibars’ marketing investment was focused on traditional channels like print and radio.

At the same time, the motorcycle industry has been facing a broader challenge: younger audiences are less engaged with motorcycles than previous generations. Helibars needed to expand their reach, build a stronger digital presence, and drive sustainable online revenue, even during the traditionally slower winter months.

The primary goal was clear: increase e-commerce revenue through Google Ads while maintaining efficiency and long-term stability.

SOLUTION

Rather than chasing short-term spikes, flyte focused on building a consistent, revenue-driven Google Ads strategy that could compound over time.

Key elements of the approach included:

  • Maintaining consistent ad investment year over year
    Budgets were kept steady, allowing learnings to accumulate and performance to improve without resets or interruptions.
  • Product feed optimization to maximize revenue
    Lower-priced products were removed from the Shopping inventory so campaigns could prioritize higher-value items and increase overall conversion value.
  • Geographic efficiency improvements
    States that consistently spent without generating sales were removed from targeting, reallocating budget to higher-performing regions.
  • Performance Max enhancements
    Video assets were added to Performance Max campaigns, helping improve engagement and reach across Google’s inventory.

This steady, optimization-first approach ensured that every change was intentional and aligned with revenue growth, not just surface-level metrics.

By the winter season of 2025, Helibars experienced their strongest off-season performance since partnering with flyte. Despite no change in ad spend, Helibars saw significant gains in efficiency and total revenue — a clear example of how consistent optimization can outperform budget increases alone. Helibars now enters each season with confidence that their Google Ads campaigns are optimized not just for activity, but for profitable growth.
